Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Product Management to lead a multi-product portfolio within the ITOps ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, ensuring effective product execution and operational excellence
• Define a portfolio roadmap aligned with retention and ARR growth targets, delivering AI-powered capabilities
• Champion collaboration with engineering teams to balance new feature development with technical debt management

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product teams across multiple products
• Deep experience in the ITOps ecosystem, particularly in network infrastructure or security management
• MSP market experience strongly preferred
• Success in delivering AI-enabled product capabilities
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills
