Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with company growth objectives
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery
• Manage a team of individual contributors and contribute to the development of governance frameworks for product development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare or related fields
• Payor/TPA product development experience preferred
• Proven track record of launching and scaling complex products in a high-growth environment
