Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a team of product managers, the full-time contract Director of Product Management will oversee the strategy and development of four developer tools products, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop product managers for APILayer, Filestack, Froala, and FusionCharts, fostering a culture of customer-led decision-making
• Develop and maintain a coherent product strategy across the portfolio, identifying synergies and opportunities for deeper integration
• Engage with customers and conduct market analysis to inform product decisions and communicate strategies to senior stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Significant product management experience in developer tools, API products, or developer-facing B2B SaaS
• Prior experience managing product managers and developing PM talent
• Technical fluency in discussing REST APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns with engineering teams
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, capable of synthesizing market trends into clear product strategies
• Natural collaborator with the ability to drive alignment across functions without relying on formal authority
