Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the product vision and strategy for Zscaler Security Operations, the fully remote Director of Product Management will define and document security operations outcomes, partner with cross-functional teams to implement features, and represent Zscaler as a thought leader in customer security.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document a vision and strategy for threat detection and cyber operations services based on market and customer feedback
• Set customer-driven security operations outcomes and measures across various service areas
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to establish Zscaler as the industry leader in security operations

Required qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience with AI-driven solutions
• 8+ years of experience in detection and response, delivering tech-led managed services
• Proven operational experience running a Security Operations Center (SOC)
• In-depth understanding of the security market and threat detection technologies
• Demonstrated ability to create data-driven plans with strong B2B experience
