Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the product vision and execution for a transformational AI agent, the full-time Director of Product Management will drive the development of autonomous agents for enterprise knowledge workers, engaging directly with code and collaborating across teams in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term vision and roadmap for autonomous agents, ensuring they meet enterprise governance and workflow needs
• Prototype and experiment with modern agentic development tools, validating feasibility and accelerating time-to-market
• Establish adoption metrics and collaborate with go-to-market teams to ensure measurable impact across customer segments

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of product management experience, with recent hands-on experience shipping agentic products
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems and agent architectures, including planning and orchestration
• Proven track record of shipping 0-1 and scaling 1-N products in fast-moving environments
• Experience working across multiple teams to create alignment without authority
• Background as a developer or significant technical depth in product management
