Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience within a product organization; director-level experience preferred
• Experience with scaling product for rapid growth and managing the full product lifecycle
• Deep understanding of customer-centric product practices, especially in business-centered areas
• Highly analytical with hands-on experience using SQL recommended
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries preferred
