Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management for the Benefits Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of product managers to create innovative customer experiences for the Benefits Platform
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Benefits Platform in collaboration with cross-functional leaders
• Utilize data to enhance the customer experience and drive product prioritization and execution

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product management, particularly in customer-driven innovation and platform products
• Proven track record in setting product strategy and executing a product roadmap
• Strong technical and financial acumen with an understanding of modern cloud-native technologies
• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in building global-ready or international offerings is a plus
