Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and evaluation of new product opportunities leveraging core strengths in dental technology
• Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new product initiatives from concept to market
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to validate product opportunities and refine value propositions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching new products or business lines
• Strong strategic thinking ability to translate market opportunities into product vision and actionable roadmaps
• Experience with product discovery methodologies for validating new product concepts
• Data-driven decision-making approach with experience using metrics to guide product strategy
