Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic roadmap planning by synthesizing market trends, customer insights, and business goals
• Establish and evolve product development processes that balance speed, quality, and innovation
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product team, ensuring timely execution of the product roadmap

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Revenue Cycle experience preferred
• 5+ years of product management experience preferred
• Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) preferred or other agile/project management certifications
• 5+ years of experience in contract methodologies and payer reimbursement methodologies required for primary Product Ownership
