A company is looking for a Director of Product to lead and scale their Product Management team and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and refine Product Management services and solutions, ensuring best practices are established
• Drive AI adoption to enhance product delivery and create efficiencies
• Oversee project delivery quality and mentor a team of Product Management practitioners

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital Product Management, preferably in an agency setting
• 3+ years of management experience leading Product Management teams
• Deep expertise in Product Management methodologies and best practices
• Strong understanding of research and design principles for digital experiences
• Familiarity with product development and design software (Figma, Figjam)
