Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage product timelines, workflows, and strategic decisions to drive product trajectory
• Lead and mentor Product Managers while fostering innovation and optimizing product workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market requirements with quality and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software product management experience
• Minimum 3 years in a software product leadership role managing product managers
• Experience in verification and/or validation testing management
• Experience with Regulatory and/or Quality Management Systems
• Preferred experience as a clinical medical physicist using relevant products
