Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for the enterprise data platform, including vision, goals, and measurable KPIs
• Partner with various teams to deliver scalable and secure data services and products
• Drive adoption and evolution of platform capabilities and mentor a team of product managers

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role focused on data platforms
• Hands-on experience with big data, cloud-native technologies, and AI/ML services
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, data security, governance, and compliance
• Experience with enterprise B2B software, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Technical literacy to engage with engineers and experience with API-driven architecture
