Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of State Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Profit and Loss accountability for multiple insurance product lines and/or geographies
• Develop and implement a multi-year customer-centric product strategy in collaboration with senior leadership
• Monitor product performance and market trends to identify opportunities and drive profitable growth

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry experience in Insurance Product Management or a related field
• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is preferred
• Experience in talent management and team leadership
• Strong understanding of insurance operations and product strategy
• Certification as a Certified Product Manager (CPM) is advantageous
