Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product (Analytics).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a product vision and strategy for Conversational AI
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap and engage directly with customers for feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in product management, particularly with SaaS products
• Experience in building Conversational AI products is preferred but not required
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and trend identification
• Experience working with enterprise customers and a strong customer focus
