Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Product Management 3.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic vision and business plans for assigned state(s)/region
• Analyze product performance and execute recommendations to meet financial goals
• Manage 1-3 direct reports, including hiring, coaching, and development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline (mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, insurance preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in Personal and Commercial Lines Product Management or National strategy role
• Experience managing initiatives at the countrywide or multi-state level preferred
• Prior management/leadership experience
• Experience with SAS, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, SQL, and SQL Server desired
