Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management for their D2C Personal Loans Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for the Personal Loans Marketplace to enhance user experience and conversion
• Develop a multi-year product strategy based on trends, capabilities, and consumer insights
• Oversee the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, ensuring compliance and integration with existing platforms

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing financial products
• 3+ years of experience in building or operating comparison marketplaces for financial products
• Proven experience in launching products from concept to release
• Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business/Marketing, or a related field
