Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product, Organization Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the DS Names' organizations dataset, focusing on data curation and organization disambiguation
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and domain experts to ensure data accuracy and alignment with customer needs
• Manage the end-to-end data product development lifecycle and inspire confidence in stakeholders regarding product roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• Experience in data product management, from concept to market
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of institutional structures, global geography, and research ecosystems
• Proficiency in SQL (Google BigQuery and/or PostgreSQL) and data analysis tools
• Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and adapt to changing project requirements
