Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Advance fluency in commercial technologies and translate them into delivery patterns for government clients
• Partner with portfolio directors and program managers to ensure effective staffing and smooth delivery
• Manage and mentor direct reports, overseeing product managers across multiple contracts

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of product management experience, including 3 years of direct people management
• Experience leading product management for complex software systems with custom development and SaaS platforms
• Experience in fast-growing companies, preferably in government contracting or professional services
• Deep experience in strategic, technical, and operational aspects of product management
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders across large organizations
