Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Leader to drive product strategy and execution in healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the product roadmap for Claims, Benefits, and Payment Integrity to achieve measurable operational outcomes
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Analytics, and Operations teams to define and execute product initiatives
• Communicate insights, progress, and outcomes to senior stakeholders effectively

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software product management experience, with at least 4 years in healthcare or health insurance
• Proven track record of delivering results and shipping new workflows/solutions
• Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data for product strategy
• Experience in a care delivery environment, collaborating with clinical and operational leaders
• Understanding of payment incentives and frameworks for value-based care
