Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the development of AI, Search, and Automation solutions for legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-year product strategy and roadmap focused on AI, search, and workflow automation
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers while fostering a culture of innovation
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and stakeholder needs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven success in defining and executing strategic product roadmaps for SaaS or enterprise software solutions
• Experience leading AI or data-driven product initiatives, ideally in content management or legal tech
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office integrations used by legal professionals
• Hands-on experience with agile/scrum methodologies and product management tools
