Key Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise-wide product management standards and align product roadmaps across departments
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define and communicate the enterprise product vision
• Implement governance mechanisms for roadmap planning and ensure data-driven decision-making across the product portfolio

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required
• Master's Degree or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Product Management Certification is required
