Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans in collaboration with the VP of Engineering
• Manage end-to-end product success by defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and iterating based on feedback
• Engage regularly with health plan partners and clinical users to champion their needs and ensure alignment with product goals

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a related product role
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into product decisions
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch
• Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern product development practices
