Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Internal Product Management focused on AI-Enabled Tools & Platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle for internal tools and platforms supporting operations and analytics
• Translate complex needs into practical solutions while collaborating with engineering and technology teams
• Define success metrics and iterate on product development based on user feedback and data

Required Qualifications:

• 6-8+ years of experience in product, design, or technology roles with a track record of shipping software solutions
• Strong foundation in product and design, including interaction design and UX principles
• Technical fluency with experience in AI-assisted development environments
• Outcome-oriented approach with a focus on measuring success and impact
• Experience in building or scaling internal platforms in professional-services environments is preferred
