Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Internal Product Management (AI-Enabled Tools & Platforms).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle for internal tools and platforms supporting operations and analytics
• Translate complex needs into practical solutions while collaborating with engineering teams
• Define success metrics and iterate based on data and feedback to improve internal tools

Required Qualifications:

• 6-8+ years of experience in product, design, or technology roles with a track record of shipping software solutions
• Strong foundation in product and design, including interaction design and UX principles
• Technical fluency with experience in AI-enabled tools and modern software development practices
• Outcome-oriented approach with a focus on measuring success and prioritizing impact
• Experience working in knowledge-intensive or professional-services environments is preferred
