Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the product management team and drive product development and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary "voice of the customer" to prioritize and communicate customer needs
• Develop and maintain product Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and establish KPIs for performance optimization
• Oversee product backlog management and facilitate coordination of dependencies across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience, including management experience
• Experience as a Product Manager utilizing Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and track KPIs
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills for prioritizing product roadmaps
• Hands-on experience in Service Design strategy and collaboration with design and engineering teams
