Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product (B2B).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the multi-product B2B healthcare suite and drive product-led growth initiatives
• Manage and coach a team of Product Managers to foster strategic accountability and deep product ownership
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute Go-To-Market strategies and achieve revenue targets

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of product management and/or leadership experience in Healthcare SaaS or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience managing and developing a team of Product Managers
• Proven track record of defining product visions and translating them into revenue-driving roadmaps
• Strong understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Productboard
