Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned Product Journey(s)
• Lead and mentor a team of Sr. Product Managers and Product Managers, fostering a customer-first, data-driven product culture
• Drive data-driven decision-making and oversee product portfolio-level KPIs to ensure measurable impact on growth and revenue

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role within an enterprise SaaS environment
• Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing product teams
• Deep expertise in B2B SaaS, enterprise workflows, and subscription-based business models
• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth through product innovation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
