Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in Product Management leadership
• 5+ years of people management experience, leading Product Managers or managers of managers
• Proven success in building and scaling high-performing product organizations
• Demonstrated ownership of product strategy and roadmaps for a product line or portfolio
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L and budgeting
