Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, development, and coaching of Product Management leaders and teams

• Manage go-to-market execution and ensure alignment on outcomes and success metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience, with at least 3 years in Product Management leadership roles
• 5+ years of people management experience, including leading Product Managers
• Proven success in building and scaling high-performing product organizations
• Demonstrated ownership of product strategy and roadmaps
• Strong ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights
