Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead multiple products within the Arc Suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on product positioning and go-to-market strategy
• Lead and mentor Product Managers to enhance product thinking and execution excellence
• Partner with Engineering leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that address customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps and Aha
• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management
• Proven ability to define product strategy and deliver solutions that drive business growth
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
