Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead its Product Management team and expand product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the entire product portfolio
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers while overseeing product lifecycle processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize roadmap requirements and ensure successful product delivery

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of product management experience in a technology company
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Proven experience in translating customer business needs into product requirements
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a solid understanding of technical designs
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
