Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Commercial Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the 2-3 year vision and roadmap for the C&I segment, defining product categories and commercial offerings
• Lead organizational education on the C&I landscape and act as a critical SME in client conversations
• Mentor and coach product managers, fostering a culture of curiosity and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solar/Storage/C&I with deep understanding of BESS and PV systems
• 12+ years in product management, strategy, or product marketing, including B2B
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience with Google platform tools and Salesforce
• Core understanding of technical aspects of commercial solar systems up to 20MW
• Experience working with commercial solar portfolio owners is a strong plus
