Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management in MarTech for a remote position on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year vision for MarTech and Automation, defining success metrics and priorities
• Manage a "buy vs. build" portfolio, overseeing vendor selection and the development of in-house solutions
• Lead large-scale automation transformations and align initiatives across various marketing teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in MarTech, product management, or digital customer experience in ecommerce or consumer-driven businesses
• Proven track record in strategic problem-solving and delivering transformative customer experiences
• Extensive knowledge of marketing science and measurement techniques, including Marketing Mix Modeling
• Deep expertise in personalization, experimentation platforms, or content management systems with experience in Generative AI
• Strong leadership experience in mentoring high-performing teams and influencing across organizational levels
