Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a multi-year product vision aligned with company objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering collaboration and shared ownership
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle efforts, ensuring high-quality product delivery that meets customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven experience in managing enterprise B2B SaaS products, preferably in RegTech or FinTech
• Demonstrated success in building products for highly regulated markets
• Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities
• Ability to synthesize regulatory requirements into actionable product direction
