• Guide and develop a team of product managers responsible for funnel optimization and personalization
• Utilize cohort analysis and behavioral data to enhance activation, retention, and long-term member value

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management within consumer products; fintech experience preferred
• 4+ years of experience leading product managers or cross-functional teams
• Proven track record driving measurable growth outcomes
• Experience with product-led growth initiatives, including experimentation and funnel optimization
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and experimentation frameworks
