Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management (Functional Lead) - SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate product strategies aligned with company growth goals
• Establish product standards and improve prioritization discipline
• Provide functional leadership and mentorship to Product Managers

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
• 5+ years leading Product Managers or in a functional leadership role
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV, expansion)
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
• Growth-stage company experience strongly preferred
