Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to set product strategy and manage development objectives
• Interface with clients to identify market problems and test solutions
• Build and develop the product management team while ensuring consistent practices across the team

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of software product management experience, including ownership of a product roadmap
• Experience running continuous product discovery and shipping software products through their lifecycle
• Experience working within Agile/Lean/Kanban delivery teams as a Product Owner or equivalent
• BA/BS degree required
• 2-3+ years of formal or informal leadership of other product managers
