Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management who will lead the transition into a Product-Led Growth organization while mentoring a team and overseeing the product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Evangelize and implement Product-Led Growth methodologies to drive retention, upsell, and organic acquisition
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, focusing on high-leverage opportunities
• Directly manage and mentor the Product Management team, fostering a culture of data-driven excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of professional experience in Product Management, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within the B2C mobile space
• Deep experience with mobile metrics and a track record of data-driven decision-making
• Proven history of hitting engagement and revenue targets in a subscription-based business
• Expert-level mastery of Agile methodologies and modern product management tools
