Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4+ product managers through mentorship and growth opportunities
• Set product vision and strategy, translating customer needs and company goals into actionable roadmaps
• Drive clarity and prioritization to help teams make informed tradeoffs balancing user value, business impact, and technical investment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years managing or mentoring PMs
• Proven track record leading B2B SaaS or MarTech products with strong data, workflow, or messaging components
• Demonstrated success in driving outcomes through strategy, prioritization, and execution across multiple product areas
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
• Deep empathy for customers paired with analytical rigor to measure and learn from impact
