Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the Decisioning & Closing Value Stream.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision for the Decisioning & Closing domain, translating company priorities into a focused roadmap
• Own measurable outcomes across growth, approval-to-funding conversion, automation, risk performance, and customer experience
• Drive execution from discovery through delivery in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring initiatives are well-defined and impactful

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in Product Management with experience in leading product teams
• Experience in fintech, lending, underwriting, or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of lending economics and portfolio performance metrics
• Experience with complex, integrated systems and technical dependencies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and develop high-performing teams
