Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management, ML Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the ML Platform, focusing on backend infrastructure for ML models
• Lead, mentor, and develop two Product Managers
• Drive execution of major platform initiatives and collaborate with multiple teams to translate constraints into actionable specifications

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in ML infrastructure and 2 years in management
• Proven experience as a player/coach with a hands-on approach to technical specifications
• Deep technical fluency in ML infrastructure concepts
• Experience collaborating with Finance or business operations on infrastructure cost management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred
