Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for Shoppable Media, aligning with client outcomes and company strategy
• Coach and develop product managers, ensuring effective communication and decision-making across the team
• Lead product discovery and delivery processes, translating market needs into actionable product requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, with 3+ years in a leadership role for a B2B SaaS product area
• Experience managing product managers or associate PMs
• Proven ability to translate client and market signals into effective product roadmaps
• Background in commerce, retail media, or martech
• Experience with Agile product development and working with GTM teams
