Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management - Explainability & Contestability.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for explainability and contestability across the platform
• Build and maintain a roadmap that improves user understanding and debugging of AI system behavior
• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers and internal teams to inform product decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of product management experience
• Experience operating at a Principal, Group PM, or Director level
• Background in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products
• Experience working with AI/ML systems
• Experience in B2B product environments, preferably enterprise-focused
