• Own the product domain roadmap, aligning it with company strategy and ensuring measurable improvements in business performance
• Improve cross-functional decision-making and the operating cadence between product and engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 9-10+ years of product management experience, including 3 years managing other product managers
• Experience in building workflow-driven, operations-heavy products in healthcare or value-based care
• Strong track record of translating complex business processes into actionable product roadmaps
• Experience collaborating with engineering on project sequencing and delivery in complex environments
• Ability to connect product decisions to measurable business outcomes
