Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management, Financial Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of ownership and development
• Own the vision and strategy for Loans Lifecycle and Money Movement, ensuring scalability and compliance
• Drive cross-functional alignment and platform scalability while measuring and improving platform health

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 3-5 years managing PM teams
• Deep experience in loans or lending systems, including loan lifecycle mechanics and compliance requirements
• Meaningful experience in money movement and payments infrastructure
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or banking; familiarity with BNPL is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
