Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap aligned to Corporate Impact strategy
• Lead AI-first innovation and drive execution with Engineering and Technology Centers of Excellence
• Build and lead a high-performing product team while partnering cross-functionally on launches and go-to-market execution

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Track record of shipping AI/ML-powered product capabilities with responsible data practices
• Experience in building and scaling SaaS products with strong Agile/SAFe delivery fundamentals
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy that drives measurable growth
• Experience operating in regulated environments, including compliance and data governance
