Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap across ITSM, networking, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with revenue outcomes
• Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer to align product delivery with business metrics and engage with top customers for feedback
• Lead the product management function by driving execution, rapid prototyping, and cross-functional alignment

Required Qualifications:

• Direct product management experience in ITSM, networking, or related fields
• Proven track record of linking product decisions to revenue, retention, and expansion
• Experience in navigating the balance between immediate sales needs and long-term platform goals
• History of leading and growing product teams at a director level or above
• Comfortable in technical product domains and engaging with engineering on product decisions
