Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a cohesive end-to-end Operations product vision and strengthen cross-functional decision-making
• Lead a team of Product Managers and guide portfolio-level tradeoffs in collaboration with Engineering and AI/Data Science teams
• Implement better workflow design, automation, and practical AI adoption to increase operational leverage

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including direct management of Product Managers
• Strong track record owning internal tools, operational systems, or technical platform products
• Experience redesigning workflows or automating processes to improve scale, efficiency, or quality
• Executive stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior cross-functional partners
• Ability to lead product partnerships with AI/Data Science and Applications teams at a strategic level
