Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Director of Product Management, responsible for leading product strategy and execution for a Childcare Center Management system in a full-time, remote position, focusing on enhancing administrator workflows and implementing AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned to company goals
• Lead and coach an Associate Product Manager while driving delivery across multiple agile teams
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities within center management workflows to reduce administrative burden

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex product areas
• Proven track record delivering high-quality SaaS products in fast-paced environments
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmap, and execution end-to-end
• Demonstrated experience applying AI across the software development lifecycle
• Experience with high-frequency SaaS workflows, such as billing and enrollment, is preferred
