Job Summary

Director of Product Management, this full-time leadership role is responsible for overseeing the centralized Data Product Team, managing enterprise data strategy, and driving the transition to an AI-native product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the strategic roadmap and execution of the Core Data Layer, unifying product and business data sources
• Manage the centralization of fragmented data assets and ensure accessibility for decision-making
• Drive the transition toward an AI-native product development lifecycle and lead enterprise-wide observability strategies

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex data environments, including Big Data and Data Warehousing
• Strong knowledge of vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks
• 5-10 years of experience leading product teams in SaaS analytics or observability infrastructure
• Experience in PaaS or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) environments
• Strategic maturity with a focus on long-range planning and enterprise-level impact
